Horry County Police arrested a 25-year-old woman for having sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old boy, an arrest warrant shows.

Police charged Jessica Ann Cave of Myrtle Beach with 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.

According to the warrant, the 12-year-old boy told a counselor that he had sex with Cave who's a family friend and neighbor.

The warrant describes how the two touched each other inappropriately on several occassions between January and August 2009.

The warrant alleges the criminal sexual conduct occurred at Cave's residence on Appleton Way in Myrtle Beach.

On Wednesday, a magistrate set Cave's bail at $10,000.
