The three crew members killed in last week's medical helicopter crash in Georgetown County will be honored and remembered Sunday.

The victims were -- the helicopter's pilot, 45-year-old Patrick Walters from Murrells Inlet; the in-flight nurse, 42-year-old Diana Conner of Florence; the in-flight paramedic, 39-year-old Claxton Dove from Bladensboro, North Carolina.

They were all killed when the helicopter they were on was returning to Conway after dropping a patient off at M.U.S.C. in Charleston.

Their chopper went down in Georgetown County. Authorities are still investigating what went wrong.

Officials say a final report may take up to a year to complete.

Sunday's public memorial service will begin at 2:00pm at Coastal Carolina University's Brooks Stadium in Conway.

The Carolina LifeCare Memorial Fund has been set up for each of the victim's families.

Checks should be made out to VWHRC (Veterans Welcome Home and Resource Center). Note "Carolina LifeCare Memorial Fund" on the bottom of donation checks.
