Local airports will share $4.5 million in grant money coming to the state. The grants were announced Monday by U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham-SC (R).

Darlington County will get nearly $84,000 to make improvements at the Darlington County Jetport.

Hartsville will get more than $269,000 to improve Hartsville Regional.

The Pee Dee Regional Airport Authority will receive more than $675,000.

Horry County will get more than $900,000 for improvements at Conway-Horry County Airport, Twin City Airport near Loris, and Grand Strand Airport near North Myrtle Beach.

More than $268,000 will go to the Marlboro County Jetport.
