Monday afternoon a judge is deciding whether a former police officer will receive bond.

Timothy Poole is accused of killing his adoptive mother, Linda Hilton, and her husband, William, at their Williamsburg County home in August 2006.

Federal officials say Poole's wife Jodie lied about what time he came home the night of the murders. Both are charged in a 20 count indictment with fraud in connection with the murders.

Monday afternoon a judge set bond for Jodie Poole, but wants to review the case before making a decision on Timothy Poole's bond.
