Tuesday, jurors heard powerful testimony against a Darlington County man accused of killing a hair stylist there in 2007.
A 19 year old co-defendant told jurors he witnessed the killing and shared the graphic details of how it happened.
32-year-old Bobby Gilbert is accused of being the mastermind behind the murder of Tyrone Brown in January of 2007.
Brown picked up Gilbert and two others - when police say they turned on him.
Gilbert's 19 year old cousin, Jamie Gilbert, pleaded guilty earlier this year to voluntary manslaughter in Brown's death.
Tuesday, Jaimie testified that they put Brown in the trunk, before Bobby killed Brown on Sandbox Road.
"So we got there, my cousin was like watch this. He drags Tyrone out by his hand, pulls him out the trunk. And it was a piece of concrete about that big - picks it up off the ground, put the gun on his hip, picks it up AND hits him one time with it. Boom. Hits him two times with it. Boom. Three, four, five, six, times in the head repeatedly with the brick," testified Jaimie Gilbert.
Prosecutors played a videotaped police interrogation of Bobby Gilbert. In it, he denies killing Brown, but says he was there when it happened.
Jaimie Gilbert has yet to be sentenced. Bobby Gilbert's trial is expected to wrap up Thursday.
A third suspect, Chris Samuel, has also been charged in connection with Brown's murder.
