Police say they found bomb-making materials in the home of a Florence County man, who made threats against his former employer.

Over the weekend, police charged Gordon Dennis with possession of a destructive device.

Officers say he threatened his employers at the Salvation Army Thrift Store, in Florence.

Deputies say they got a tip to search his home and found explosive materials inside.

Dennis remains in jail on a $75,000 bond.
