A five year old boy died Saturday after being run over by his older sister.

It happened at their house in Carvers Bay in Georgetown County.

The Georgetown County Coroner says Marcus Cole was playing on the swing set in their yard as his 17-year old sister was backing up their family van to wash it.

She didn't realize Marcus had gotten off the swing set and hit him.

The coroner says he died of internal injuries and a blow to the head.

Highway Patrol is investigating, but doesn't anticipate any charges.
