(AP) -- Laurens County officials say a man has died in a house fire in Clinton.

Coroner Nick Nichols says an autopsy is planned to determine the cause of death of the man found in the blaze that started about 6 p.m. Monday.

The man's name has not been released while relatives are notified.

The Greenville News reported that the State Law Enforcement Division arson team is investigating.
