A trough has settled across the East and will continue to keep unsettled weather across the Carolinas over the next few days. Our stalled front will have disturbances ride along it through late Tuesday bringing scattered rain and storms around the area. Drier conditions will arrive by the mid to end of the week as the front finally weakens and high pressure builds in from the west. The humidity will remain high, but temps will max out in the mid/upper 80s into the weekend. Over the next day or 2 this system may become Tropical Storm Isaac. Models haven't had much consistency as to where this system is headed. Some showing this disturbance heading into the Caribbean and others taking it toward the East Coast and/or out to sea.
