Joe Moffitt, the chairman of the Dillon County Election Commission, said there is a problem with the computers that tabulate the votes.

For the absentee ballots, they're showing more counted than cast. Moffitt is working with the state's election commission and the maker of the machines (called ESS) to rectify the problem.

Dillon County will not release any of the vote totals until the problem is fixed.

Moffitt has not been able to let us know when he thinks that will be.
