Tuesday, November 6th is Election Day. Already, thousands across our area have cast their ballots by voting absentee.

In Florence County, more than 11,000 people have voted by absentee ballot since it started on October 6th. That's nearly 9% of registered voters in the county.

Horry County opened its second absentee voter location in the Government and Justice Center in Conway to keep up with demand.

Nearly 13,000 absentee votes were cast four years ago in the last presidential election in Horry County, already this year the county has issued more than 14,000 absentee applications.
