Lumberton police charged Charles E. Leach, Jr., 22, with Murder Monday in the death of Moses Robinson.
Robinson was found dead on 10th Street on October 4.
Leach also faces charges of Robbery, Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, and Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon for other crimes police say the committed the night of Robinson's death.
He also faces robbery charges in Bladen County.
