Conway police arrested a woman for stabbing her husband over the weekend.
They charged Latrina Farewell, 36, with Domestic Violence of a High and Aggravated nature.
Police questioned Farewell when they got to her home on Creel Street about 2 a.m. Saturday. They say she told them her husband went to the store and when he came back, he had been stabbed.
She told police he ran out of the back door of the apartment.
Police say the knife was on a table in the living room.
Police found found her husband in a ditch about one hundred yards from the home with a stab wound in his side. The husband husband told police they go into a small fight and she stabbed him. He said she did not mean to hurt him.
He declined medical treatment.
Police arrested Farewell and booked her into J. Reuben Long Detention Center.
