Michael Aphonzo Fulton, 30, of Effingham, is wanted by the Florence County Sheriff's Office on one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct With A Minor Under the Age of 16, one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct With A Minor, Third Degree and Failure to Register as Sex Offender
Investigators need help finding Fulton in connection with the sexual assault of an 8-year-old child.
Deputies say in September, Fulton was babysitting at a home on West John Paul Jones Road when the assault occurred.
Fulton is also charged with Failure to Register as a Convicted Sex Offender.
Fulton is about 5 foot 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 275 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
