The license of State Representative Tracy Edge was reinstated Tuesday after he was arrested by North Myrtle Beach police last Thursday when they say he crossed the center line and almost hit a police car.
Police found out his license was suspended for not paying a speeding ticket and hey arrested him.
Edge said he paid his ticket, but it just had not been processed.
