Ronald Gene Blankenship, Jr., 31, turned himself in at the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office Thursday afternoon on a warrant for Committing a Lewd Act on a Minor under 16.

Blankenship turned himself in just a short time after the sheriff's office sent out a news release that they were looking for him.

According to an incident report, the mother of a 3-year-old child told police her daughter said Blankeship had allowed her to touch him in his "no-no" parts, which she clarified to mean genital area.

The incident report also said the mother told police she had previously seen child pornography on Blankeship's computer.
