A front will remain stalled to our north over the next few days. This will bring in a better chance for scattered storms mainly in the afternoon and evening. Inland areas will see the best chance for showers and storms.
A few strong/severe storms will be possible with hail and strong winds being the main threats. You can track the storms on First Alert Live Doppler 15000 or if you have an iPhone or Android make sure you download or app! The intense heat we have been seeing will relax a bit all thanks to this front. Temps will only reach the upper 80s to low 90s for the rest of the week and weekend, but the humidity stays high.
The tropics at this point remain fairly quiet. You can always keep up with the latest on the tropics on the Hurricane Central page.
