It has been eleven years since a storm spawned several tornadoes on the Grand Strand.
Take a look at the video above of the tornado that went right over the Myrtle Beach Pavilion where NewsChannel 15's Weather Center was at the time. The tornado moved down the beach damaging several hotels, including Bar Harbor, which had to close for the rest of the season.
Damage was estimated around $10 million.
