Sunday night's storms left thousands of people in the Pee Dee and on the Grand Strand without power.

Progress Energy had 70,000 without power because of the storm. As of 3:30 p.m. Monday, about 7,600 customers remain without power. All power is expected to be restored by Tuesday. Click here for a Progress Energy outage map.

Pee Dee Electric's crews worked Monday to restore power to about 500 customers of the 3,500 who were put in the dark during the storm.

Horry Electric Cooperative experienced more than 4,000 outages. Power was restored to all of them about 2:30 a.m.

Santee Cooper only had a a few outages that were quickly restored.
