Heather Ammons Crawford got 70 percent of the vote in the Republican primary for House District 68.
She beat challenger Larry Richardson.
The June 12 primary was a rematch of a special election last week held to fill the remainder of Thad Viers seat, who resigned after he was indicted on stalking and harassment charges.
Crawford won both primaries.
The June 12 was for the district with its redrawn lines.
