Myrtle Beach police have arrested and charged Crystal Monique Brown with 2nd degree Assault and Battery after police say she stabbed a man in the head.
The incident occurred on Nance Street in Myrtle Beach around 7:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
Police say the victim wanted to have sex with Brown and she refused so the man asked her to leave.
At this time, he victim walked into the kitchen and Brown followed him, grabbed a knife and stabbed him twice in the left side of his head, according to the police report.
Brown ran out of the house and was later found on Hwy. 501 and Grissom Parkway. She was released from jail Monday morning.
The victim received medical attention on scene by EMS and refused to go to the hospital.
