Horry County police arrested a Myrtle Beach mother after her toddler tested positive for cocaine, according to the police report.

Lanisha Ty Flynn, 28, was charged with Unlawful Neglect of a Child on Thursday morning after taking the toddler to South Strand Medical Center for treatment.

Hospital staff told police the 1-year-old child tested positive for cocaine and an opiate in the emergency room.

The report didn't disclose how the drugs were ingested.

Flynn was booked at J. Reuben Long Detention Center and released Thursday afternoon on $2,500 bond.
