Police are investigating the damage of property at West Florence High School over the weekend.

Police responded after Florence School District One's maintenance supervisor, Larry Reynolds, got a call Saturday from the high school baseball coach who detected the vandalism.

According to the police report, someone spray painted two of the school's baseball dugouts, three of the team buses, and the concession stand. It is unknown if the incident is gang related.

School officials say the initial assessment of the damage is estimated at approximately $15,000

Anyone who has information regarding the vandalism is asked to call police.
