Myrtle Beach police investigate Oak Street shooting

A 26-year-old man was shot in the leg near 35th Avenue North and Oak Street around 12:30 a.m. Thursday, according to a Myrtle Beach police report.

Witnesses told police the two male suspects were wearing sweatshirts at the time.

The victim was taken to the hospital, with non-life threatening injuries, according to Capt. David Knipes.

Knipes said no arrests have been made and the shooting is under investigation.
