It could be several weeks before we know if charges will be filed in an Horry County crash that killed a 4-year-old girl, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol Spokesman Sonny Collins.

Four other people were hurt Saturday, when a tractor-trailer rear-ended an SUV on U.S. 501 at the Tanger Outlet around 1 p.m.

Highway Patrol's Accident Reconstruction Team is investigating the crash and charges won't be filed, if any, until it's completed, Collins said.

The conditions of the four people who were hurt in the accident have not been released.
