Highway Patrol responds to a serious crash on Highway 90 and International Drive in Horry County.
Horry County Fire Rescue and Highway Patrol were called to the scene just before 6:20 p.m. Friday. Crews blocked traffic for half an hour in both directions due to the crash.
Two people were taken to the hospital by helicopter. The extent of their injuries have not been released.
Traffic is now open.
