Conway police arrested Venson Edward Strickland, 20, of Conway, for Burglary 1st Degree, Kidnapping and Criminal Conspiracy in connection with a January 31, 2011 home invasion.
Strickland was located early Friday morning during a routine traffic stop and was taken into custody without incident.
On January 31, 2011, Conway police officers responded to a residence on Fulmer Street in the Conway after a reported home invasion.
The victims reported to police that two men came into their house with bandannas covering their faces, one of whom was carrying a handgun, and demanded money from the victims. A victim recognized one of the suspects as being Strickland, who is their neighbor.
