A judge sentenced a Conway man to three years in jail for trying to set his ex-girlfriend's house on fire and pouring gasoline on her.

Leon Murray pleaded guilty to an arson charge.

Murray went to the woman's house on Hucks Lane in May, poured gasoline on the porch and set it on fire.

The woman was taken to the hospital where she was treated and released.

Murray also faces an attempted murder charge, but we haven't heard back from the solicitor's office on that charge. When we receive the update, we will post it here.
