Royal Williams, 23, is already charged with the 2010 murder of Curtis Galloway, Junior, and now police say he's responsible for a 2009 church arson.
Bennettsville police say Williams and Jarrod Hicks broke into the youth center at Word of Life Christian Church and set it on fire in June 2009.
Parishoners say the building housed 50 children every Sunday and was home to a number of summer programs for kids in the neighborhood.
State police assisted in this investigation.
