Update: Shepard turned himself in to Conway police on 2/23/2012
Conway police are looking for Franciosx Edriqou Shepard, 21, of Conway. They say he shot a man in the thigh after an argument Sunday morning.
Police say Shepard went to the victim's home on Woodward Drive around 3 a.m. The victim told police he and Shepard had argued earlier and that Shepard showed up at the house wanting to fight.
The victim said when he refused to leave the house, Shepard shot him in the thigh.
Conway police have issued warrants for Shepard on charges of Attempted Murder and Discharging a Firearm into a Dwelling.
