It's a packed house to watch the five remaining candidates, Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul, Rick Perry, Mitt Romney, and Rick Santorum talk about the issued and try to convince voters that they're the candidate who should be in the White House.
There's one less podium than planned, after Jon Huntsman withdrew from the race Monday, throwing his support behind Mitt Romney.
A poll of 720 voters conducted last night by Insider Advantage shows Romney ahead in South Carolina with 31 percent. He's followed by Newt Gingrich with 21, Ron Paul with 14, Rick Santorum at 13 percent, and Rick Perry with 5 percent support.
After the debate, the candidates will spend the rest of the week courting South Carolina voters, hoping to increase their support here ahead of Saturday's primary.
