Scheduled Highway 544 connector closure

The Highway 544 connector will be closed on Thursday for drainage repairs.

The South Carolina Department of Transportation will close the connector, located about 500 ft. south of Holt Road, beginning at 9 a.m.

Repairs should take one day.

Drivers are encouraged to use Singleton Ridge Road as an alternative route.
