Judge Bradley Mayers is hearing arguments from the attorneys representing Atlantic Beach and Horry County during a hearing over voting machines.

Judge Mayers continued last week's hearing in hopes of hearing from a representative with the State Election Commission before ruling on the matter.

Horry County sheriff's deputies seized the machines from Atlantic Beach on December 13. Horry County claims Atlantic Beach should've returned the machines after the November election.

Kenneth Davis, the attorney representing Atlantic Beach, says Horry County didn't have a right to seize the machines because there are still questions about Atlantic Beach's November election.

The voting machines are being held in the evidence room at the Horry County Sheriff's Office.

We are in court for the hearing and will post the outcome right here.
