FLORENCE -- A Florence man is accused of starving his dogs to death.
Florence police charged Little Jack Thomas, 34, with two counts of ill treatment of animals.
Police say they got a call about two dead dogs in Thomas' yard on Lewis Lane.
Officers say the dogs were so thin, you could their bones.
They say Thomas admitted he hadn't fed the animals in weeks.
Officials say a veterinarian did a necropsy on the dogs and say there was no food in them.
