The owner of a solid waste management company says Clio town leaders wrote him a bad check.
Joe Gentry stopped picking up the town's trash two weeks ago because he says the town owes him nearly $12,000.
Gentry tells us town officials wrote him a check last week for $1,000 and it bounced.
The town's mayor says they hired another company to pick up their trash to save money, but Gentry says he's still under contract with the town and may sue.
