Florence County deputies charged Shaunte Shedice Washington, 36, and Jennifer Monique Ford, 25, both with Homicide by Child Abuse.
Deputies say their nine-month-old son was taken to the hospital on September 28 when he had a seizure. He later tested positive for cocaine.
Deputies say the boy ingested the cocaine at home and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
