The Horry County Coroner's Office says Rose Fraser, 81, from Quebec, Canada died from injuries she received after being hit by a car while crossing Highway 17 Business near the Pirate Land Camp Ground Thursday evening.
Tamara Willard with the Horry County Coroner's Office says the accident happened around 7:30 p.m.
She says Fraser was taken to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center where she died.
Willard says no charges have been filed against the driver.
