(AP) -- A company that serves major retailers including Wal-Mart, Target, Sears and others is opening a distribution center in Berkeley County that will mean dozens of jobs.
The Department of Commerce and the State Ports Authority said Monday that Regal Logistics' new facility will create 30 full-time jobs and as many as 100 seasonal jobs.
The new warehouse is located in an existing building near Interstate 526 and the Port of Charleston's Wando Welch Terminal.
Regal Logistics will begin hiring next year with average wages ranging from $11 to $18 an hour.
