The Myrtle Beach Area Hospitality Association presented awards at its 2010 annual meeting Thursday morning.
The awards honor business efforts that reflect the mission of the MBAHA, which is to represent, educate, and promote the best in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry.
The winners were:
- Hotelier of the Year - Wayne Rickman, Sheraton Broadway Plantation
- Restaurateur of the Year - Heidi Vukov, Croissants Bistro & Bakery
- Front Line Employee of the Year - Ray Shamlau, Springmaid Beach Resort's Marlin's Restaurant
- Heart of the House Employee of the Year - Danny Wells, The Ripken Experience
- Hospitality Services Member of the Year - Walter "Carroll" Holshouser, Custom Outdoor Furniture & Restrapping
