One person died Sunday night when a car ran into the Intracoastal Waterway.
Highway Patrol says the driver ran a stop sign and the car ended up in the waterway at Peachtree Landing in Horry County. It happened at 11:20 p.m.
The passenger in the car, Kelly James Moody, 48, was killed.
Bobby Burrell, 28, was driving the Honda and survived. Highway Patrol has not decided if he'll be charged.
