The Mullins High School football team will play Friday night without their head coach.

Coach Gregory Hill remains on paid administrative leave following allegations of inappropriate behavior, made by a student.

Police are investigating, but won't release any specifics. In the meantime, the district's superintendent quickly named an interim coach. "We want our student athletes to have every opportunity to compete. They've been practicing for these games and we had the coaching staff to fill in, so we could really go forward with the game tonight and we feel like that was in the best interest of our students," said Michael Lupo.

Brian Hennecy has been named interim coach.

The Mullins Auctioneers football team plays Andrews.
