In March, the Horry County Solicitor's Office brought in all defendants whose cases were 2008 or older and reoffered them their original plea offer.

Judge Hyman presided and began assigning trial dates for all defendants who did not wish to plead guilty.

At that time, they arraigned almost 400 defendants (2246 warrants) and moved, by way of plea, 1225 warrants.

As of May 7th, 2010, they now have 1021 warrants that are 2008 or older. We had 2246 warrants that were 2008 or older when we began the process of March Madness for 2010.
