The woman who lied about an armed robbery that led to two Chesterfield County schools being locked down earlier this year has been sentenced to five years probation.

Adam Foard, 4th Circuit Solicitor's Office, says 24-year-old Sabrina Self must also pay $2,000 in restitution and fines for filing a false police report.

In April, Self told deputies with Chesterfield County that she was robbed at knife point and the man ran into a wooded area behind two schools.

Cheraw High and Intermediate schools were locked down because of the false report.
