Police tell us gang members may be behind several car fires Monday morning in Marion County.

Police say someone burned at least six cars at homes in the Foxboro community of Marion County.

Officers say it's possible the crime could be a part of a gang initiation.

Detectives talked with neighbors about what they saw Monday morning.

We talked with a woman, who's so afraid she didn't want to be identified.

"They might come back tonight, who knows, and finish what they started. Although I don't have a car, they can get a house next time. We don't want that out here. This is a quiet neighborhood," she said.

Police tell us they will increase patrols in the community overnight to ease neighbors' fears.
