Traffic was backed up for quite a while after a pickup truck crashed into a utility pole knocking power lines onto Highway 501.
It happened on 501 north, just north of Aynor. The road was blocked for a while.
Power lines that fell on the road following the accident have been taken off the road and traffic is moving a little better.
No word on any injuries.
