Horry County reminds residents that all written absentee ballots must be turned in to the elections office by 7 p.m. on election day.
An absentee voter wanting to cast a ballot in person needs to do so by 5 p.m. Monday, November 3rd.
To accommodate the record number of voters this year, the elections office will be open this Saturday from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m.
