Georgetown man wanted for illegal tattooing

UPDATE

A man who was wanted by Georgetown police for illegal tattooing and other crimes turned himself in Monday afternoon.

Marvin Newton II of Georgetown, 38, remained in jail Tuesday afternoon.

Newton haD active warrants for receiving stolen goods, tattooing, operating a business without a license and forgery, according to authorities.
