The State Law Enforcement Division and Atlantic Beach's sole police officer, Sgt. John Jackson, raided the Seven Seas on Highway 17 Thursday.

Sgt. Jackson says he notified SLED of the business and they seized the machines about 11:30 a.m.

The machines are being held in the town's evidence room.

The defendant has 15 days to request a hearing to protest the legality of the machines or they will be destroyed.

Seven Seas business license has been revoked.

The investigation continues.
