A 21 year old Conway woman has been killed in a three vehicle crash that also left three others injured.
It happened Sunday night at 8:07 p.m. in Kershaw County on I-20 at mile marker 98, according to Highway Patrol.
Troopers say the three cars were westbound on I-20. The Suzuki car the victim was riding in slowed down for traffic, then flipped after it was rear-ended by a Mercedes driven by a man from New Jersey. That man was taken to the hospital.
The woman from Conway, Morgan Leanne Hughes died on the scene. The driver of the car she was in is also 21 years old and from Myrtle Beach. She was sent to the hospital. Another female passenger in that same car had to be air-lifted to the hospital.
The crash is under investigation.
