LIVE: Horry County Council Chair candidates debate

Taylor came to WPDE in 2011 from Greensboro, N.C., after working at WFMY News 2 and reporting for the Elon Sports Network.

All five candidates for the vacant Horry County Council chair seat take to the podium in a debate, moderated by WPDE NewsChannel 15's Tim McGinnis.
